There is a beautiful energy to this property, and I knew it was incredibly special the moment I laid eyes on it. It was an abandoned restaurant that a husband and wife once ran together called The Casablanca. I purchased it the year that my mother passed away, as a tribute to her. The views of Atwood Lake made it the perfect property to transform into something others would enjoy as well. The Village of Dellroy is a very welcoming area. You can have your morning coffee on the front porch as you watch the mist rise over the lake and the sunsets are just absolutely remarkable to watch from the upper balcony.

The moment you pull in and get out of your car, you will feel the stress leaving your body. There is a happy energy to this property located in a small village, complete with a dairy bar, bowling alley, small market, convenience store and gas station. Right down the street, a marina offers everything you will need to enjoy time on the lake with boat and kayak rentals available. You will find pizza and food delivery available, as well as several restaurants to enjoy a romantic dinner complete with cocktails, wine or craft beers while overlooking the tranquil lake. Or take a short drive to several other popular and diverse dining options, restaurants, breweries, and wineries.

This is a perfect spot for gatherings of 40 people or less. It is an ideal location with beautiful lake views and gorgeous sunsets over the lake to celebrate! The price includes the use of the building, a full kitchen, 8 - 5-foot round tables, 1- 8-foot rectangle table, all with white or black linens, and 48 chairs. Wi-Fi is also included. This is a perfect memorable spot to have a micro-wedding, reception, bridal shower, baby shower, graduation party, birthday party, family reunion, business event, luncheons, and so much more. You can also rent the Airbnb next door for overnight guests or plan a 3-day weekend wedding that includes use of the house, venue, and park with the gazebo (advanced permission is required).
